objectively in Tantrism. It is assumed that humans, as an integral part of the universe, unite the female and male principles. Western thinking is strongly influenced by binary-categorical ideas. A person is defined through sexuality and can thus be subjected to a number of social regulations. The project Tantra recognizes the binary as objective information in a relative field. Thereby the human body is seen as a node in a material-semiotic field. Is it desirable to create a species that happily dominates us humans? In the role play of dominance and subjugation, the need for empowerment can be found in masochistic behavior. The submissive sets the rules and gives themself into a framework that has been set for themself, into a situation in which they can let go. In order not to lose control in the power imbalance and to create a protected relationship, trust with the sadistic person is of great importance. Consensually and under pre-arranged conditions, the masochist can gain a sense of empowerment. A common feature of humanity is that they are sentient beings who have conscious experiences. Humans pursue the goal of finding mental balance in order to peacefully come into unity with the inner self and the outer world. The entire matter existing in the cosmos, is subjected to an endless recycling cycle. According to this, the universe is a perpetually running, infinitely large, self-sustaining, functioning system. The following question is pursued: What does it mean for identity-building objects in the body-related environment of humans, (especially jewellery), when being human under postmodern living conditions is increasingly understood through transpersonality? If identity is defined as an integrated bundle of identifications, then it is clear that identity can only ever be an excerpt of something more comprehensive. In Western society, the human being is defined as an individual person with an incoming "self". This understanding undermines the transpersonal and collective nature of the human being. According to psychoanalyst Roman Lesmeister, social reality and the Western conception of human beings are in contradiction. Human values are increasingly defined by unboundedness, unconditionality and flexibilization. At the same time, it is noticeable that affiliation and identity are often dispensed with in the process of self-development. The effects of such innovations affect the self-image of people, as well as the design of objects in their environment.
