AWL Editions 2022 Bern
The digital agency Apps with love, based in Bern and Basel, has developed the program "AWL Editions" to further institutionalize the commitment to art and culture. Every year there are 4 print editions by artists. This year Vanessa Ohlhausen with her project "Patchwork Identity" was selected to publish a photo of her work on AWL Editions 2022.
The prints were produced by renowned printer Tom Blaes. All prints were signed by artist Vanessa Ohlhausen.

For 2021, Dutch Design Week (DDW) has chosen the overarching theme "The Greater Number", the search for the better number.
The work Tantra, which is exhibited at DDW, shows a video installation of diverse bodies and creates an alternative space for the polymorphous and non-binary through the optical mixing of the corporeal. By foregrounding the diversity of the human being, all sectors of a society could be represented by a greater number of individuals.

A.K.T; is a an interdisciplinary laboratory for the future and space for societal discourse. At A.K.T; current issues are examined from the perspective of design and art, making the social relevance of these fields visible.
How is gender affiliation defined, and how does it relate to gender discourse for non- binary, transgender, transsexual, or intersex persons? The exhibition "The Third Gender, diversity is more" brings together multicultural voices that deal with these questions, and reflect on social understanding of gender diversity.
Exhibitions are held regularly on three floors. In addition to international artists, Vanessa Ohlhausen is exhibiting her work "Tantra" at A.K.T;.

DDW-Dutch Design Week

Vanessa Ohlhausen was showing her work „Samsara“ at the Dutch Design Week at Sectie-C, an old traffic sign factory site. Here, where 91 designers and makers have their studios, as well as at 3 other main design areas throughout Eindhoven, work, experiments and installations exploring and pushing design is shown, discussed and celebrated in this international forum by over 2'600 presenters and 355'000 visitors.
